Payment options

Our website accepts many payment types including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and GooglePay. If you’d prefer to set up an account and pay on invoice, then please contact us.

Delivery options and costs

All of our orders are sent by couriers and we aim to deliver in-stock products within 5 days, however this is is dependent on calibration lab availability. If you need a product more urgently, we can usually help and can also arrange pre-10am deliveries at no extra charge. Please get in touch with your requirements.

We are unable to deliver outside of these areas.

Delivery of out-of-stock products

Some products that we sell are delivered directly from the manufacturer and these can take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered. However, please be aware that we can not guarantee these lead times as it dependent on the manufacturers. Our team will endeavour to keep you updated. These include:

Returns

Products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if they have not been used and are in brand new condition.
